Structural Design: Typically designed as a multi-layer parallel rubber strip structure, assembled into a whole via top-mounted fixing brackets to form a multi-stage dust barrier. Working Principles
Physical Mechanism: When installed in belt conveyor chutes or tunnels, multiple rubber strips naturally hang down to form a sealing barrier. Dust particles carried by airflow are blocked upon contact, directly reducing the concentration of dust in the air.
Synergistic Dust Reduction: It can be paired with front-end purification spray devices. The intercepted dust is moistened by water mist and then washed down with water flow to settle at the bottom, preventing secondary dust dispersion. This creates a three-dimensional dust reduction mechanism of "blocking-moistening-settling," achieving a dust removal efficiency of over 50%. In scenarios like coal mining faces, it can reduce coal dust concentration by 68%-75%.
Installation and Application
Installation Method: Easy to install, the dust curtain is directly suspended from the upper end of the chute or tunnel support brackets. It can be used in conjunction with anti-spillage aprons, which are fixed by welding, riveting, or self-tapping screws to enhance the sealing effect. It can be put into use directly without secondary processing.
